Business Process
Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
We use a third party payment gateways to collect payments from customers on our site.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (Emirati Dirhams). All refunds (if applicable) are also transfer through this mode of payment to the same card as you paid with.
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Cancellation Policy
This is the standard cancelation policy for our site, however each Service Provider may have their own cancellation policy depending on the nature of the Services they offer. We will try to provide you with up to date information on the Service Provider’s cancellation policy and inform you when they make any changes if you have already booked a Service.
If the Service Provider cancels a Service for reasons outside of their control (force majeure) you will have the right to reschedule the Service at your convenience.
We, and our Service Providers, may in our sole discretion, alter the cancellation policy on a case by case basis in order to accommodate you.
We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Cybercrimes Law applicable in the United Arab Emirates. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of the RAK Courts. You and we both agree that the courts of the RAK will have exclusive jurisdiction.
